YourStage.live offers a subscription service that enables its members to stream performing arts and stage performances over the Internet via Internet-enabled TVs, computers and other devices live and on demand.
The Website www.yourstage.live is serviced by Vimeo OTT (http://ott.vimeo.com) and operated by Group Galore GmbH (www.group-galore.com) . The contracting party is thus the Group Galore GmbH, Switzerland (commercial register: CHE-254.124.696) (hereinafter referred to as 'GG') and you as a user.
The payment services are provided by Stripe (www.stripe.com).
GG provides the following features and services on the platform:
Subscription on demand (SVoD) and Pay per View (transaction video on demand / TVoD): The use of the service allows the user to use GG online-provided content (as streaming technology) as a live and on-demand video and to use them for private use and for non-commercial purposes.
1.2 We may offer a variety of membership subscriptions, including special promotional subscriptions or memberships offered by third parties in connection with offering their own products and services. Some membership subscriptions may contain different terms and conditions and restrictions that may be disclosed during registration or in other notices to you. You can view the details of your YourStage.live membership by visiting our website and clicking on the "Account" link at the top of the page under your profile name.
2. Free access and trial periods
2.1 The YourStage.live content is available at www.yourstage.live/browse. Occasionally the content is free of charge and accessible without a user account. Paid content is marked with a lock.
2.2 YourStage.live membership may begin with a free trial period. Unless otherwise stated during registration, the free trial period for your Membership is one month and is intended to allow new and certain former Members to try the YourStage.live Service.
2.3 GG will evaluate your eligibility for a Free Trial Period at its sole discretion and may limit the availability or duration of the Free Trial Period as necessary to prevent abuse. If we determine that you are not eligible for the Free Trial Period, we reserve the right to revoke it and close your account. Members from households with an existing or recently terminated YourStage.live membership are not eligible.
To check your eligibility status, YourStage.live is authorized to access information such as device ID, payment method or email address that has already been used for an existing or previously existing YourStage.live Membership. When combined with other offers, certain restrictions may apply.
2.4 Unless you cancel your Membership before the end of the Free Trial Period, we will charge your respective payment method with your monthly Membership Fee at the end of the Free Trial Period. To view the Monthly Membership Fee and the Free Trial End Date, please visit our website and click on the "Billing" link on the "Account" page www.yourstage.live/settings.
3. Invoicing and cancellation
3.1 Invoicing cycle
The membership fee for YourStage.live and any other additional fees that may be incurred in connection with your use of the Service, such as transaction fees and taxes, will be deducted from your payment method on a monthly basis as your paid membership begins. In some cases, your payment date may change.
3.2 Payment methods
In order to use YourStage.live, you must specify one or more payment methods. You can update your payment methods by visiting the "Settings" page. We may also update your payment methods with data we receive from payment service providers. Following each update, you authorise us to continue charging the applicable payment method(s). You authorize us to debit any payment method associated with your account if your primary payment method is declined or is no longer available to us to pay your subscription fee. You remain responsible for any outstanding amounts. If a payment cannot be processed successfully because the payment method has expired, does not have sufficient funds or fails for any other reason, and you do not cancel your account, your access to the Service may be suspended until we have successfully debited a valid payment method. For certain payment methods, the issuer of the payment method may charge a certain fee, such as a foreign transaction fee or other payment processing fees. Local taxes may vary depending on the payment method. For more information, please contact the service provider for your payment method.
You can cancel your YourStage.live membership at any time and continue to use YourStage.live until the end of your monthly billing period. To the extent permitted by applicable law, payments are non-refundable. No refunds or credits will be given for months not used in full or for YourStage.live Content not viewed.
To cancel, please go to www.yourstage.live/help/subscribing/how-do-i-cancel-my-subscription page and follow the cancellation instructions. If you cancel your membership, your account will automatically close at the end of the current billing period. To see when your account will be closed, simply click "Purchases" on the "Settings" page.
If you do not meet your payment obligations towards GG in whole or in part, despite a reminder with an appropriate deadline, which can also be sent by GG to the e-mail address given by you, GGcan terminate the contract without notice.
3.4 Changes in Price and Subscription Offer.
Our subscription offer and prices for the YourStage.live service may change from time to time. However, any changes to prices and our subscription offer will not take effect until 30 days after you are notified.
3.5 Free content
Content created before 31.12.2018 is available free of charge, as long as our partners (artists or organizers) have not expressed a wish for costly use.
4. YourStage.live services
4.1 To become a member of YourStage.live, you must be 18 years of age or have reached the age of majority in your region or country. Minors may only use YourStage.live under the supervision of an adult.
4.2. YourStage.live and any Content viewed through the Service are for your personal and non-commercial use only and may not be shared with persons who do not live in the same household. During your YourStage.live membership, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to access the YourStage.live Service and view YourStage.live Content. Apart from this, no rights, titles or interests are transferred to you. You agree not to use the Service for any public performance.
4.3 You may view the YourStage.live Content mainly in the country where you created your Account and only in geographical areas where we offer our Service and have licensed the respective Content. The Content available for viewing may vary by region and will also change from time to time.
4.4 GG reserves the right to expand, change and/or improve the online services offered at any time, provided that such changes are reasonable for the user, taking into account YourStage.live's interests. This is in particular the case if the changes are without economic disadvantages for the user, e.g. because new functionalities have been introduced. These tests can limit the availability of the site.
4.5 You agree to always use YourStage.live, including all features and functions associated therewith, in compliance with all applicable laws, rules and regulations or other restrictions on use of the Service and the Content.
For accessing the online services of YourStage.live, you receive a simple, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the content of the online services selected by you. The right of use only permits the enjoyment of the content.
4.6 The display quality of YourStage.live Content may vary depending on the Device and is dependent on various factors such as your location, available bandwidth and/or the speed of your Internet connection. The availability of SD and Full-HD picture quality depends on your Internet service and the performance of your device.
The minimum speed for watching movies and series in standard resolution is 0.5 Mbps. However, a faster connection is recommended for better picture quality. A download speed of at least 5.0 Mbps is recommended for receiving SD content (720p or higher by definition). A download speed of at least 15.0 Mbps is recommended for receiving Full-HD content (1080p or higher by definition). You are responsible for all fees associated with Internet access. Please contact your Internet service provider for more information on any data usage charges. The time required to start playing YourStage.live content depends on several factors, including your location, the bandwidth available at the time of playback, the selected content, and the configurations of your YourStage.live compatible device.
4.7 The YourStage.live Software is developed by Vimeo OTT and is designed to play YourStage.live Content on YourStage.live compatible devices. This software may vary depending on the device and media, and may have different features and functionality. You acknowledge that use of the YourStage.live Service may require third-party software that requires third-party licenses. You agree to receive automatically updated versions of YourStage.live and related third-party software.

5. Passwords and account access
The Member who created the YourStage.live Account and whose payment method is debited with the Membership Fees (the "Account Holder") has access to and control over the YourStage.live Account and the YourStage.live-compatible devices used to access the YourStage.live Service and is therefore responsible for all activities related to the YourStage.live Account.
In order to maintain control over the Account and to prevent unauthorised access (including the title history for the account), the Account Holder should always have control over the YourStage.live-compatible devices used to access the Service and should not disclose the password or account details for the selected payment method to third parties. It is your responsibility to update the information provided in connection with your account and to keep it up to date. To protect you, YourStage.live or our affiliates from identity theft or other fraudulent activity, YourStage.live may terminate your membership or temporarily suspend your account.

YourStage.live does not accept any unsolicited materials or ideas for YourStage.live Content and is not responsible for any similarities that may exist between media content or programs and materials or ideas submitted to YourStage.live.
6.3 Customer Service
For more information about our service and its features, or if you need assistance with your account, please visit the YourStage.live Help Center on our website (www.yourstage.live/help). In certain cases, Customer Service may best assist you with a remote access support tool that we can use to access your computer. If you do not want us to have this access, you may not agree to remote troubleshooting. In this case, we will support you with other means.
6.6 Electronic Communications. Account related information (e.g. payment authorisations, invoices, password or payment method changes, confirmation and other notices) will only be sent to you electronically, e.g. by email to the email address you provided during registration.
8. Final provisions
GG reserves the right to amend these GTC at any time and without stating reasons. The changed conditions will be sent to the users by e-mail at the latest four weeks before they come into effect. If a user does not object to the validity of the new GTC within four (4) weeks after receipt of the e-mail, the amended GTC shall be deemed accepted. GG will separately inform the users in the e-mail containing the amended conditions of the possibility of objection and the significance of this period.
